Orders

Production takes 2–5 business days, with shipping on top of that. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order is on its way.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD and shown on each product page. You’ll see the final total — including shipping — before you pay. We use Stripe for payment processing.

Returns

Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we don’t accept non-defective returns. If something arrives damaged, doesn’t fit as described, or has a manufacturing defect, email hello@idleoak.com within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it.

Use of the site

Don’t do anything illegal, abusive, or designed to break the site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
